According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Enteligent is raising up to $10,000,000.00 in new funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
About Enteligent
Enteligent is a DC power products and solutions company that designs DC/DC conversion systems for AI data centers, electric vehicle charging, DC microgrids, solar and battery energy storage, and off-grid electrification infrastructure. Its proprietary PowerCore architecture delivers direct DC power from the grid, solar generation, or battery storage to computer processors, vehicles, and other high-demand loads. The companys primary offerings include RackCore, MaxCore, and ChipCore for high-density AI data-center power, as well as the LDF20 DC/DC EV charging platform for light- and medium-duty electric vehicles. Enteligent positions its technology as a more efficient and less complex alternative to traditional AC-based systems, claiming benefits such as up to 50% greater GPU or compute density, lower infrastructure costs, reduced copper use, and faster installation. Its EV charging platform is described as a world-first DC/DC solution, is UL and CE certified, and has operated in customer fleets since 2023. Enteligent states that its engineering capabilities are held in-house, spanning power electronics, electrical and mechanical design, firmware, embedded software, artificial intelligence, and testing, and that its products are designed for certification and volume production.
